Bid Day 2012! Bringing Home 154 babies

Bid Day is the day where the girls stand in the greek theatre and open bid cards and find out which sorority they were invited to join! It is a day full of tears, pictures, and hundreds of new friends for life.

"It's not four years but for life."

"We're not sisters by birth, but we knew from the start, fate put us together to be sisters by heart."

Preference Night...Recruitment 2012

Philanthropy Day...Ronald McDonald House Charities

Philanthropy day of recruitment is the day where we tell the Potential New Members (PNM's) all about our sororities philanthropy. ADPi adopted the Ronald McDonald House Charities as our philanthropy at the University of Arkansas in 1979. We often go to Little Rock and volunteer as a sisterhood.

What I will be living on for the next two weeks of recruitment....

Last girl day of shopping before I left for Arkansas!

Johnson's - the mechanics that have been fixing our cars for 4 generations! Of course Eileen had to get a picture.

After enjoying a lunch of summer sausage, jack cheese, crackers, and spinach dip!

Off to school!

I have arrived!

View from the bed in the sorority house! I'm staying in the house for 2 weeks of recruitment and then moving to an apartment near campus.
